Certified in multiple yoga styles, with a focus on Hatha and Vinyasa, she has been sharing her love for yoga as an instructor for the past 8 years. Eva's classes are renowned for their nurturing and supportive environment, where students of all levels feel welcomed and encouraged. Her teaching style emphasizes clear instruction, mindful alignment, and fostering a deeper connection between mind, body, and breath. Beyond the physical practice, Eva believes in yoga as a holistic path to well-being, incorporating mindfulness and yogic philosophy into her sessions. Outside the studio, Eva enjoys exploring the serene canals of Ghent by bike and is an avid enthusiast of vegetarian Belgian cuisine.
